The scope of work for this Project involves a total of approximately 170,000 square feet on 13 separate floors for 11 distinct agencies. Areas of renovation generally include offices, open workstation areas, conference and hearing rooms, support spaces, and kitchenettes.

Bay Community College - Framingham - Health Science Center, Framingham, MA. This project is a new 4-story academic building containing approximately 71,000 SF of administration space, offices, classrooms, simulation rooms, student services and lounges, a café, toilet rooms, mechanical rooms, loading, and a parking field.

Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk Services for the Quinsigamond Community College - Surprenant Hall/Hebert Auditorium - Accessibility Improvements and Critical Repairs, Worcester, MA. This project is to develop an implementable solution for achieving full accessibility compliance and developing critical repairs in a single building composed of two parts: a four-story classroom/laboratory wing and the single-story, 558-seat Hebert Auditorium.

This project is for the phased renovation of an approximately 208,000 GSF, eight-story plus basement building that contains laboratory, administrative, and research space. Built in the 1970’s, this building is cast-in-place construction with MEP systems that warrant special construction due to the sophistication and complexity of the program and operations housed in the building.
