This project is to provide testing, inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement and emergency services (24 hours a day, seven days a week) for all Fire Alarm Systems and Equipment (Fire Alarm S&E) and Fire Protection Systems and Equipment (Fire Protection S&E). This Project bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M Sitework Only Projects and Building Projects $50,000 to $150,000.

Templeton Valley Barn Demolition, Templeton, MA. This project is for the abatement and demolition to demolish the existing structure down to the foundation and slab. This project includes all related removal and disposal of asbestos-containing material, lead paint abatement, building demolition, and site cleanup. The Category of Work is Demolition.

Request for Proposals for State House - House Chamber and Senate President's Ceremonial Room Lighting Repairs and Security Cameras, Boston, MA. This project is to remove and replace 109 light fixtures within House Chamber dome, install LED retrofit fixtures furnish and install lighting controls. Senate President’s Ceremonial Room work involves furnishing and installing LED lamps and lighting controls, two new light fixtures, installing gypsum board/plastering/painting of ceiling. Furnish and install 59 security cameras. The Category of Work is Electrical. Offerors must also demonstrate that they have successfully completed a minimum of three (3) prior projects within the past 10 years that meet each of the three following criteria: i) projects of similar size, scope and complexity; ii) projects involving work in a historical building; and iii) projects in buildings that remained open and operational for business during construction. These criteria can be met by providing information on three projects each of which meets all three criteria, providing information on more than three projects that meet multiple criteria, or providing information on up to nine projects each of which meets one of the three listed criteria.

Request for Qualifications for Trade Contractors for the Massachusetts State Police Lower Basin Barracks Modernization and Expansion, Boston, MA. This project involves building renovation (15,000 sq ft), main entrance addition (4,000 sq ft), and demolition of adjacent existing garage. This project includes providing temporary means to all plumbing sections to the MassDOT tower while all existing conditions within the barracks is completely removed, providing a permanent mechanical heating system, demolition of existing mechanical systems, temporary electrical service, partial buildout of a power distribution system and select demolition.
