The objective of this solicitation is to select up to two firms that are the best qualified to provide the requested services. Scope of services may include Design survey services and Construction survey services. The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works (Public Works) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide as-needed survey services for various County projects on federal and non-federal funded projects. The objective of this solicitation is to select one firm that is best qualified to provide the requested services. The term of the Consultant Services Agreement (Agreement) will be for three years, commencing on the date of full execution of the contract. The County shall have the right, at its sole option, to extend the term of the Agreement for one additional one-year term. Each selected Consultant will be awarded a contract for a not-to-exceed amount of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000) and will be required to follow all pertinent local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contract goal is set at 8%.
