FCC0001403 Ivy Street Pump Station Rehabilitation
The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and site security enhancements to the Ivy Street Pump Station. These repairs include but are not limited to, replacement of damaged motor control center and annunciator panel, refurbishment of existing motors; remove and replace existing install new sump pump, pressure transducers, float switches; apply new coating for the lower section of the two main pumps pump assembly; remove damaged chain link fencing and install wrought iron perimeter fencing with no anti-climb, repaint existing steel door with and structurally reinforce pump station front door and include an alarm system; all locks installed; install intrusion and warning lights; pavement reconstruction in fence removal areas and removal of the temporary pedestal cage.

The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide As-Needed Labor Compliance Consultant Services for projects located throughout the Los Angeles County. The objective of this solicitation is to select up to two firms that are the highest rated to provide the requested services. Prior to contract award, the County reserves the right to decrease the $2,500,000 not-to-exceed amount of contract and/or increase the $2,500,000 not-to-exceed amount of contract by up to twenty-five percent (25%). Following contract award, the County reserves the right to supplement the initial not-to-exceed amount by up to ten percent (10%). The term of the Consultant Services Agreement (Agreement) will be for three years, commencing on the date of full execution of the contract. The County shall have the right, at its sole option, to extend the term of the Agreement for one additional one-year term. Each selected Consultant will be awarded a contract for a not-to-exceed amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000) and will be required to follow all pertinent local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. The Agreement will have a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contract goal of 3%.
