England Airpark New Community Center (15)
The project is designed as a single-story steel framed structure which will replace the existing Community Center constructed circa, 1958. The Owner under a separate contract will demolish the existing structure, so that work can begin on the site for new construction. The building is designed around a single large multi-purpose room and includes an entrance lobby and main corridor. Support areas include a warming kitchen with minimum but basic kitchen equipment included as part of the Base Bid. The Owner will outfit the warming kitchen with additional items of equipment. Bathrooms are designed to accommodate the visitors when the facility is at its maximum capacity. Outdoor use areas are shaded with low roof framing and canopies.

Alexandria International Airport - Consolidated Rental Car Facility - Phase 2
The scope of work for this Project includes the construction of a new Consolidated Rental Car Facility to provide cleaning, maintenance, and refueling services to the rental car companies serving the Airpark. The scope also includes a Fleet Storage Lot sized to accommodate 120 vehicles with circulation drives, associated site lighting, security and communication features, and perimeter fencing.
