Middleton and Stow Road Sidewalk Installation, Phase 1
The proposed work consists of the construction of Phase 1 ONLY of the plans which consists of approximately 2.52 miles of five (5) foot class C concrete sidewalk, storm improvements, ADA curb ramps, lighting upgrades, intersection improvements and signing along Middleton Road between Darrow Road (SR 91) and I-480 and Stow Road between Middleton Road and Chamberlin Blvd. Future phases of sidewalk construction along the west end of Middleton Road (between Valley View Road and Darrow Road) and Stow Road (between Chamberlin Blvd. and I-480) will be completed at a separate time under a separate contract. The project also includes driveway improvements, curb installation, necessary grading and restoration, water quality improvements and pavement repairs in the City of Hudson, Ohio. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site and understand the limits of the project and existing conditions.
