The proposed work consists of mowing and maintenance services for designated public greens, public properties, and right-of-way areas. The services included in this bid are for the following tasks: mowing, trimming, fertilization maintenance, Fall and Spring cleanup, core aeration, and emptying of all trash receptacles on the public greens. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, personnel and materials as required to perform work. Services are to be completed in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department.

The proposed work consists of the installation of 526 LF of 12” PVC SDR 35 storm sewer, manholes, curb inlets, new 6” storm laterals with cleanouts within the Historic District on Division Street between E. Main Street and College in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of the application of reflectorized pavement marking and striping on certain streets and on various City owned properties in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of improvements at two lakes (upper and lower) and dams located at the Barlow Community Center, 41 S. Oviatt Street, Hudson, Ohio. The project is being funded by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) and the City of Hudson. Both the upper and lower lake’s dams are classified as Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Class II Dams. Consequently, all dam work shall be done in compliance with ODNR Division of Dam Safety policies and procedures as outlined on the improvement plans and specifications. Improvements at the upper lake include excavation to provide additional storm water storage, upgrades to the existing dam’s emergency spillway and modifications to the dam’s primary outlet and auxiliary valve system. Upgrades to the lower lake include the construction of a new dam to be located within the footprint of the existing lake, dredging of a portion of the lower lake and modifications to the primary outlet and auxiliary valve system. Upon completion of the mass grading and dam improvement work, existing asphalt walking trails and disturbed grass areas will be restored, and new trees planted. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the City Engineer.

The proposed work consists of furnishing the following material and equipment for one (1) 67/12.47 kV Power Transformer for the Eastside Substation Transformer Replacement Project in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of Kevin Powell, Assistant Public Works Director.
