Fiber to the Home - Year 1 - Area 2
The proposed work includes the installation of new fiber optic infrastructure, including approximately 20,000 lineal feet of 1.5-inch underground HDPE fiber conduit via horizontal directional drilling, 22,600 lineal feet of 2 x 1.5-inch underground HDPE fiber conduit (2 parallel conduit runs pulled together) via horizontal directional drilling, 7,050 lineal feet of new aerial fiber, approximately 72,300 lineal fiber of fiber optic cable (various strand count), the placement of underground fiber vaults and handholes, and the subsequent fiber optic cable installation in the City of Hudson, Ohio. Bidders are required to provide a price for Labor Only as well as an alternate bid for Labor and Material.

Hudson Salt Storage & Bus Maintenance Garage Facility
The proposed work consists of the construction of an approximate 9,900 square foot school bus garage building to include 4 pull through service bays, service storage areas with office and restroom/locker-shower areas, service mezzanine storage area, meeting/break area to accommodate 72 occupants, dispatch area, training room, restrooms, and mechanical space and the construction of an approximate 9,800 square foot salt storage facility that will store approximately 4,000 tons of salt, 10,000 gallons of brine and includes a small single person restroom and utility room, 4 parking spaces, and circulation pavement. Work also includes storm water quality and quantity management, security fencing and gates, site lighting, and buffer landscaping. Manor Drive Waterline and Storm Sewer Installation - Rebid
The proposed work consists of the replacement of the existing 6" waterline with a new 8" waterline on Manor Drive from E. Streetsboro Street, approximately 1,540 feet south to the cul-de-sac, and the replacement of the storm sewer system with approximately 1,353 feet of storm sewer and inlets. Work also includes new storm collector pipes and connections to residential downspouts and sump pump drains, curb replacement and driveway apron replacement along Manor Drive in the City of Hudson.
