Franklin Street Sidewalk & Watermain Improvements

Lake Forest Sidewalk and Road Realignment and Boston Mills Road Multi-Use Path (re-bid)
The proposed work on Lake Forest Drive includes the installation of approximately 1,800 LF of new five (5) foot wide Class C sidewalk, storm improvements, curbing, pedestrian improvements, driveway improvements, grading and restoration between Boston Mills Road and Essex Circle. The project also includes the realignment of Lake Forest Drive for approximately 230 feet. The proposed work on Boston Mills Road consists of the construction of approximately 3,600 feet of new 10’ wide multi-use path, including the installation of two timber boardwalks and a bridge over Lake Forest, an 8’ stone path through the Park will also be installed. Some of the existing multi-use paths along Boston Mills Road will also be used and upgraded between 115 Executive Parkway and Lake Forest Drive in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

Division Street Box Culvert Repair

General Cleaning Services
The proposed work consists of the cleaning of all City-owned/occupied buildings and properties, to include, but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, hard surface floor care, dusting, waste receptacles, restrooms, carpet cleaning and any other miscellaneous cleaning tasks as requested. Services are to be completed in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department.

Hudson Softener Media Replacement
The proposed work consists of the upgrading of Softener #4 at the City of Hudson Water Treatment Plant located at 572 W. Streetsboro Road. Work includes interior and exterior work, including installation of new 6” DeZurik influent and effluent valves for isolation of softener, removal and disposal of existing softener media, cleaning of softener vessel, inspection coordination by 3rd party contractor, and full media replacement, enlarging entry hatch to OSHA standards, structural rehabilitation of tank (pitwelds), disinfection, sandblasting, & epoxy coating of softener vessel. Work may also include partial or full replacement of internal tank components, disinfecting and epoxy coating and additional work related to Softener #3 in the City of Hudson, Ohio.
