The proposed work consists of the construction of an approximate 9,900 square foot school bus garage building to include 4 pull through service bays, service storage areas with office and restroom/locker-shower areas, service mezzanine storage area, meeting/break area to accommodate 72 occupants, dispatch area, training room, restrooms, and mechanical space and the construction of an approximate 9,800 square foot salt storage facility that will store approximately 4,000 tons of salt, 10,000 gallons of brine and includes a small single person restroom and utility room, 4 parking spaces, and circulation pavement. Work also includes storm water quality and quantity management, security fencing and gates, site lighting, and buffer landscaping. The buildings will be located at 5778 Hudson Drive in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of the removal of a 3 foot by 5 foot stone/concrete box culvert and the installation of a new precast concrete 43 inch by 68 inch elliptical culvert on Valley View Road in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of the replacement of guardrail in various places throughout the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of furnishing the following material and equipment for one (1) 67/12.47k Power Transformer for the Prospect Substation Improvements in the City of Hudson, Ohio.

The proposed work consists of delivery of bulk northern rock salt. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, personnel and materials as required to perform work. Services are to be completed in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of the Public Works Department.
