At Carhart Ditch, upgrading 450 feet of Olentangy River Road buy providing the replacement of the existing bridge over Carhart Ditch (SHA-CR9-11.40), north of S.R. 161. At Linworth Run, replacement of the existing 3-sided culvert carrying Linworth Run under Olentangy River Road (SHA-CR9-11.62) just north of Whieldon Lane. The project includes additional roadway resurfacing quantities on either end of the project.
