Their current space is in the basement of the building so moving the Labs to the first floor will provide much more visibility. OSU-250070 - Lazenby Hall - Rm 121 Renovation
Lazenby Hall Suite 121 will be renovated to support incoming faculty
department members and their lab personnel. Suite 121 is currently
fit out with single occupant research rooms and supporting
mechanical, electrical, and technology infrastructure. The intent of
this renovation is to remove the small research rooms and create an
open environment to support new research teams. This renovation
requires hazardous materials abatement, demolition, ADA
compliance review, and interior finish upgrades. Mechanical and
electrical design will include HVAC, electric, IT coordination, and fire
alarm modifications

Project includes architectural finishes, minor changes to power, data and lighting, minor updates to plumbing, review for ADA and Building Code Compliance and a Permit set of drawings.
