Description
The steam-powered condensate receiver tank in the vault outside Biomedical Research Tower (BRT) shall be demolished. A new stainless steel condensate receiver packaged skid including electrically powered pumps and piping is specified to be installed in the mechanical room 0190M and reconnected to the BRT utility system.

This project will renovate about 3,000 SF of existing space on the first floor of Newton Hall for Research Labs for the College of Nursing. Their current space is in the basement of the building so moving the Labs to the first floor will provide much more visibility. The required spaces will include a Flexible Laboratory, Tissue Culture Laboratory, Work Area, Freezer Rooms, Imaging Room, and Director’s Office.

OSU-250070 - Lazenby Hall - Rm 121 Renovation
Lazenby Hall Suite 121 will be renovated to support incoming faculty
department members and their lab personnel. Suite 121 is currently
fit out with single occupant research rooms and supporting
mechanical, electrical, and technology infrastructure. The intent of
this renovation is to remove the small research rooms and create an
open environment to support new research teams. This renovation
requires hazardous materials abatement, demolition, ADA
compliance review, and interior finish upgrades. Mechanical and
electrical design will include HVAC, electric, IT coordination, and fire
alarm modifications

OSU-240400, Havener - Dublin Office Renovation
Project includes architectural finishes, minor changes to power, data and lighting, minor updates to plumbing, review for ADA and Building Code Compliance and a Permit set of drawings. Existing light fixtures will be replaced with LED lighting for a portion of the building. The project will be submitted for a building permit to the City of Dublin. GAI has been told abatement is not to be included in our services. Fire Alarm includes relocation and addition of smoke detectors.

REBID - The project consists of the investigation of approximately 88 existing sanitary stacks to determine condition of existing piping. The project includes recording the pipe interiors via video camera, with removal of existing blockages where found. At some locations containing multiple stacks, the stacks will be combined into a single branch to the main in the tunnel. Project includes hazardous materials abatement.
