Landslide repairs to 5 sites in Adams County, Ohio: PW883 Brush Creek and Moores Run in Monroe Township; PW344 Wallace and Church Roads in Bratton Township; PW673 Waggoner Riffle on a County Road. Contract anticipated to be Awarded and Notice to Proceed on February 14, 2022. Completion date is September 30, 2022. The 5 sites are funded by individual grants from FEMA and the State of Ohio and this contract will be awarded based on the total overall low and best bid. Be advised that any unbalancing or front-loading of a bid for a site or items will be grounds for rejection of a bid. This will be a lump sum contract for the overall total project amount, and price for each site will be a lump sum for that site. There will be individual purchase orders for each of the sites by both Adams County (PW673) and the 2 townships, Monroe (PW883) and Bratton (PW344). Construction oversight will be by the Adams County Engineer. Federal requirements including payment of Davis-Bacon wages and others will apply. REVISED COMPLETION DATE SEPTEMBER 30, 2022. Engineer's Estimate for all 5 sites is: $1,417,969.74

Landslide repairs at 3 sites using plug pile walls in Oliver Township and Adams County. Contractor will begin work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete all work on the 3 sites by December 15, 2020. There is no asphalt work included.
