Chapelgate Area Drainage Improvements
This project consists of replacing and installing new storm sewer, lowering existing water main, and regrading areas within the City of Fairborn.
The project area runs parallel along Spangler Road, west of the Spangler Road and W. Yellow Springs Fairfield Road location. Please note the locations listed in the "Locations" module show an approximate vicinity only. See the attached drawings for more details on project area.

2025 CSA Program
This project includes work at properties on/adjacent to Ironwood Drive (approximately 100 addresses). The project shall be completed by the end of the 2024 calendar year. Work includes, but is not limited to:
• Removal / Replacement of: Curbing (including sawing and patching)
• Removal / Replacement of: ADA Compliant Curb Ramps with Detectible Warning Devices
• Removal / Replacement of: Concrete Sidewalk (4”, 6”)
• Removal / Replacement of: Concrete Drive Approaches (6”, 8”)
After updating quantities on 9/3/24, the project estimated budget is $115,530.

Commerce Center Blvd Resurfacing
The Commerce Center Blvd Resurfacing Projects aims to improve the roadway from Dayton Yellow Springs Rd to Garland Ave. Work includes the following:
• Milling of old surface asphalt roadway.
• Cold In-Place Recycling of existing asphalt roadway
• Installation of hot mix asphalt
• Installation of roadway striping
• Maintenance of traffic for duration of project
• Manhole and other various structure adjustments
The project completion is August 9, 2024.

Chapelgate Xenia Traffic Signal
The City of Fairbon will be installing a traffic signal at the intersection of Chapelgate Dr & E Xenia Dr. Work includes, but is not limited to:
• ODOT standard black signal supports with mast arms
o NOTE: The signal supports have been ordered by the City of Fairborn. This contract will entail installation of the supports only.
• New signal cabinet and controller with UPS battery backup
• LED vehicular signals with backplates
• Radar detection
• LED countdown pedestrian signals
• Audible pedestrian pushbuttons
• Temporary traffic signal installation to coincide with the opening of Sheetz Development
• ADA curb ramps and updated crosswalk markings
