This is a local emergency repair project. The work being completed under this bid package is work that the Morgan County Engineer is requesting and will be financed by local funds. The project is an improvement of 200 feet of County Road 14 (C.R. 14) and consists of constructing 148' of drilled shaft solder pile wall with concrete lagging. The project will also include roadway repair and guardrail installation.

This is a 2019 FEMA DR 4424, PW-670 emergency repair consisting of a landslide repair along Malta Hill Rd. in Malta Twp. Morgan County Ohio. The project will consist of utilizing a soldier pile and concrete lagging wall. The project will also include roadway repair. The entire project shall be completed by June 30, 2023. The contractor and sub-contractors shall be ODOT pre-qualified to perform the specified work This is a two phase project; meaning that FEMA has approved and is financing Phase I. Phase II will be bid under a separate bid package assuming the contractor is awarded Phase I and is additional work that the County Engineer wants completed..
