The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Pavement Maintenance Program via Bid Express, until 9:00 a.m. local time on Mar. 21, 2025, and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Contract A • Base Bid: Over 41,800 square yards of asphalt resurfacing with spot full-depth repairs, over 15,800 square yards of asphalt reconstruction, spot and continuous curb placement, curb ramp replacement and other related work. • Additional Bid 1: Over 8,700 square yards of shared-use path asphalt resurfacing with spot full-depth repairs and over 600 square yards of asphalt parking lot resurfacing and other related work. • Additional Bid 2: Over 3,700 square yards of asphalt resurfacing, with spot full-depth repairs, with spot curb replacement, and other related work. • Additional Bid 3: Over 7,500 square yards of asphalt resurfacing with spot curb replacement and other related work. • Additional Bid 4: Over 6,300 square feet of shared-use path installation, over 3,200 square feet of sidewalk removed, drive replacement and other related work. • Additional Bid 5: Over 2,700 square yards of asphalt shared-use path resurfacing, over 3,500 square feet of concrete walk replacement, drive replacement and other related work. • Additional Bid 6: Replacement of an existing 18” storm sewer headwall, installation of over 30 linear feet of storm sewer, and other related work. • Additional Bid 7: Over 9,500 square feet of shared-use path installation, over 290 linear feet of timber fence installed, and other related work. Grove City will neither open nor accept bids received after that time. Subject to the right of Grove City to reject any or all bids, Grove City will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). Engineer's Estimate: $80,000 Grove City is inviting bids for landscape bed maintenance for the freeway entrance/exit ramps near SR62/I-270 and Stringtown/I-71 areas. The work includes seasonal cleanups, weed control, landscape bed and site detailing, tree/shrub fertilization, litter collection, and other related work.

The City of Grove City Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate concession services at the following facilities: The Big Splash at Evans Park: A popular outdoor water park with various aquatic attractions. Windsor Park: A community park featuring sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails. Fryer Park: A multi-use park with amenities including sports facilities, playgrounds and event spaces.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit resumes from qualified attorneys and/or law firms who desire to serve the City of Grove City in the capacity of the director of law. Presently, the City contracts with a law firm for law director services. Attorneys and/or law firms interested in being selected for this contract must reply with a written proposal no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Proposals submitted after this time will not be considered.

The City of Grove City intends to contract for Consulting City Engineering and Professional Design Services. The selected firms will represent the City by providing general planning services, private development plan review and inspection services, and capital improvement planning, design, and construction services. Firms interested in being selected for this contract must reply with a written proposal no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, September 6, 2024. Proposals submitted after this time will not be considered.
