The City of Grove City intends to contract for Income Tax Collection and Administration Services. The selected firms will be responsible for the collection, administration, support, and enforcement of municipal income taxes as provided in Section 194.03 of the Grove City Ohio Administrative Code.. Firms interested in being selected for this contract must reply with a written proposal no later than noon on Friday, October 18, 2024. Proposals submitted after this time will not be considered.

The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive sealed bids for the HOOVER POND & CONCORD LAKES BASIN MAINTENANCE via Bid Express, until 11:00 a.m. local time on September 20, 2024, and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid • Install approximately 1,915 linear feet of shoreline protection for Hoover Pond. Additional Bid 1 • Install approximately 2,100 linear feet of shoreline protection for Concord Lakes Basin. The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid • 18-inch Relief Sewer: Installation of approximately 4,500 linear feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer pipe, 1,400 linear feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer pipe and 700 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer pipe, 35 manhole structures, over 3,400 square yards of permanent pavement replacement and 5 service lateral connections and other related work. • Roadway Improvements: Installation of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 12-inch to 24-inch storm sewer pipe, over 200 linear feet of water main replacement, over 3,600 square yards of roadway reconstruction, over 24,800 square yards of roadway resurfacing, over 14,000 linear feet of continuous curb replacement, bridge footer modification, bridge replacement, sidewalk and driveway replacement, street lighting relocation and other related work. Alternate Bid 1 • 18-inch Relief Sewer: Concrete pipe material for 12-inch through 18-inch sanitary sewer pipe. Alternate Bid 2 • 18-inch Relief Sewer: Fiber glass reinforced, polymer mortar (FRP) pipe material for 18-inch sanitary sewer pipe. Grove City will neither open nor accept bids received after that time. Subject to the right of Grove City to reject any or all bids, Grove City will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid • Project consists of the renovation of the existing Big Splash Swimming Pool to include but not limited to the replacement of the granite gutter grates with a new stainless-steel gutter and tube system, lining the shell of the pool with a new PVC membrane, reconnecting the existing plumbing and testing of the lines. The estimated costs of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications for the various bids are: Base Bid: $ 850,000.00 Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at the project site at 9:00 a.m. local time on June 27, 2024. Perspective prime bidders are encouraged to attend. Schedule: The work shall commence within sixty (60) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. The work shall be completed by May 1, 2025. The City Anticipates issuing the Notice to Proceed by August 30, 2024.

The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive sealed bids for the CITY HALL AND SAFETY COMPLEX COOLING TOWER REPLACEMENT(2) project via Bid Express, until 10:00 a.m. local time on June 21, 2024 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. Grove City will neither open nor accept bids received after that time. Subject to the right of Grove City to reject any or all bids, Grove City will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid (Cooling Towers) Replacement of the cooling towers and other related work located at City Hall, 4035 Broadway and Safety Complex, 3360 Park St. The estimated costs of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications are: Base Bid: $385,000.00 Contract Documents and Specifications may be obtained from Bid Express only and at costs associated with the Bid Express service fee schedule. Payment for these items will not be refunded. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall (4035 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123) and move on to the Safety Complex on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. to measure equipment, review facility locations, and discuss any questions potential bidders may have.
