Birch Bark Trail Extension: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of approximately 690 feet of roadway extension, including curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, lighting, and storm sewers. This project also includes abandonment of existing 6" and 8" water mains, west of the Birch Bark Trail Extension. Harrisburg Pike (US 62) and Demorest Drive Intersection: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for widening of the roadway to accommodate the addition of northbound and southbound left turn lanes. The improved intersection will include full signalization per City standards at the intersection of Harrisburg Pike (US 62) and Demorest Drive.

Harrison Service Complex, 3262 Ventura Blvd., including electrical, plumbing and mechanical facilities, site utilities, and other related work. Provide separate line items for the wash bay, the solar array and associated equipment for each. Alternate 1 (Epoxy Flooring) The work included as Alternate 1 for the project includes applying approximately 11,059 sq. ft. of epoxy resin flooring through the truck and wash bays, and other related work. Alternate 2 (Radiant Heating) The work included as Alternate 2 for the project includes furnishing and installing a radiant heating system throughout the truck and wash bays, and other related work. The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive bids for the Windsor Park Elevated Water Storage Tank Altitude Valve Replacement via Bid Express, until 11:00 AM local time on October 6, 2023. Grove City will not accept bids received after that time. The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Located within the City of Grove City, the Windsor Park elevated water storage tank is controlled through the use of an altitude valve located in a underground vault at the base of the tank. The valve has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement. The project shall include replacement of the altitude valve, modifications to the existing vault, and other minor modifications associated with the setting. All work is expected to be completed at ground level. The estimated cost of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications is: Base Bid: $ 150,000.00

The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive sealed bids for the HOLTON ROAD IMPROVEMENTS project via Bid Express, until 11:00 a.m. local time on Aug. 4, 2023 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid • Over 16,000 S.Y. of asphalt pavement reconstruction, installation of over 8,400 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter, over 20,100 S.F. of concrete sidewalk and over 18,000 S.F. of asphalt shared-use path, over 5,200 L.F. of storm sewer, over 4,100 L.F. of water main, installation of new street lighting and a new traffic signal, and other related work. The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid • Replacement of mechanical systems and other related work located at the Evans Center, 4330 Dudley Ave. Contract Documents and Specifications may be obtained from Bid Express only and at costs associated with the Bid Express service fee schedule. Payment for these items will not be refunded. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Evans Center, located at 4330 Dudley Avenue, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Monday, June 12, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to measure equipment, review facility location and discuss any questions potential bidders may have. Schedule: The work shall commence within sixty (60) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. The work shall be completed between Aug. 28, 2023 and Sept. 29, 2023 during the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
