The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of growing and maintaining 215 annual flowering hanging baskets and from 168 to 178 planter inserts (depending on the season) City wide. Work also includes starting the hanging baskets and planter inserts as plugs in a greenhouse environment for at least 2 months prior to being installed on site, fertilizing and watering every other day (weekends and holidays as well) from the time they are installed until middle of September (spring and fall flowers will be watered by the city), installation of the baskets and inserts in May as well as removal at the end of the season, application of pesticides or flower replacement if necessary, sanitizing and storage of the empty hanging baskets during the off season.

The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive sealed bids for the State Route 104 (Jackson Pike) 12” Waterline Extension & Shared-use Path Improvements project via Bid Express, until 11:00 a.m. local time on Apr. 8, 2022 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. I-71/SR665 Landscape Plant Installation

The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: This project is a redesign of existing landscape beds at the I-71/SR665 exit ramps. The new bed layout will consist of transplanted plant material and the purchase and installation of new plant material. Final landscape bed layout is provided per the attached plan. Existing trees in landscaped beds are to remain and shall not be disturbed. New plants shall have a 1 year warranty. Price shall include watering maintenance for one year to ensure the plant material remains alive and growing. No mulching will be needed as that is part of an already existing maintenance contract.

The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid (Part 1) • Construction of a new roadway north of the Holton Road and Meadow Grove Drive intersection to a termination point approximately 1920 feet to the northwest. The proposed roadway improvements will include subgrade stabilization, full depth asphalt pavement, asphalt path, concrete walks and street lighting system. • Construction of a new parking lot. • Extensive underground infrastructure including 24-inch and smaller storm sewers and manufactured water quality structures are included in the scope of the improvement. Add Alternate (Part 2) • Construction of a new roadway north of the termination of Part 1 (Base Bid) to a connection point at Tournament Way approximately 750 feet to the north.
