Wireless Infrastructure Upgrades This project includes replacement of wireless access points in various locations on both campuses. This portion of the project is for installation of owner provided equipment. Existing equipment is no longer able to support the high volume of this service need. A large portion of current equipment is at end-of-life by manufacturer and current software versions are no longer supported on the equipment.

The two dormitory buildings were originally built in 1964/1965 and total approximately 125,673gsf. Scope includes complete building and foundation demo and removal. Existing utilities will be cut and capped outside the building footprint. The site will be filled and seeded as the area will become green space after the demolition and available for future development.
