2024 MOWING, LANDSCAPE, AND IRRIGATION CONTRACT A
SCOPE OF WORK to be performed under Contract A shall generally consist of mowing, landscaping, plaza maintenance and irrigation system maintenance and replacement in City right-of-way. Tasks include mowing, litter pick-up, installing and maintaining annual planting beds, mulching, watering, irrigation maintenance and repair, and applications of chemical herbicide and fertilizer.
In an effort to allow additional Contractors to bid on this Project, the City has split the work into two smaller project areas. Alternate Bid Table A represents the entire project area. Alternate Bid Tables A1 & A2 combined represent the total project area split into two smaller
project areas. Contractors may bid one, two or all of Tables A1, A2 or A. Contractors that Bid on both Alternate Bid Tables A1 and A2 must Bid on combined Table A. For an Alternate Bid Table to be considered, all the Bid Tabs in that table must be completed.

SR 741 Streetscape/Urban Paving Project
DBE GOAL 7%:
Description of Job: Scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consists of converting over 1,500 feet of narrow concrete median from Center Drive (Kroger Signal) to Courseview Drive to a full-width landscaped island. The project includes lighting improvements, a combination of City owned and Duke maintained fixtures, coordination with utility companies for the necessary relocation work, resurfacing of SR 741 from Center Drive to the I-71 northbound ramps and two traffic signal upgrades at SR 741/Courseview Drive & SR 741/Beach Boulevard.

CIP 20074 WRLD/Central Parke Road Improvements & Widening
The scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of extending Veteran’s Parkway from Mason Montgomery Road to Freedom Way, turn/deceleration lane additions on Mason Montgomery, installation of a new traffic signal at the Mason Montgomery and Veterans intersection, extending Central Parke to Western Row, and construction of Mosaic Drive. The project will also include landscaping of tree lawns & medians, street lighting, curb & gutter, and sidewalk installation.
