LEAD WATER SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT 7
This Project includes 1600 lead and/or galvanized water service lines to be replaced. The work will be located within the City of Newark primarily in the areas shown on the included maps. Other services may be assigned throughout the City as needed.
The City will provide the Contractor with approximately 200 signed work agreements, the Contractor will be responsible for obtaining approximately 1300 signed work agreements from property owners designated by the City. The remaining work agreements will be assigned by the City as needed for leaks throughout the city.

Lead Service Replacement Project 4
This Project includes 500 lead and/or galvanized water service lines to be replaced. The work will be located within the City of Newark as detailed on the included address lists.
The City will provide the Contractor with approximately 200 signed work agreements, the Contractor will be responsible for obtaining approximately 280 signed work agreements from property owners designated by the City.

2021-18; South Second Street Interceptor Project
A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 15TH, 2023, AT 10:00 AM. SEE SECTION 00 10 00 OF THE BID BOOK FOR MORE DETAILS.
This Project is located in Newark, Ohio and extends on S. 2nd Street between E. Walnut Street and the South Fork Licking River and on National Drive between S. 4th Street and S. 2nd Street. The Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, separating combined sewers and constructing new sanitary and storm sewers by means of open-cut, with all associated manholes and appurtenances; replacement and consolidation of potable drinking water piping including all associated valves, hydrants, and appurtenances; replacing streets including curbs, sidewalks, and accessories; pedestrian-friendly features; lighting, and associated components as specified in these contract documents. The Work will include trenchless installation of sanitary sewer pipe underneath the Genesee and Wyoming Railroad. The Work will include the demolition of the existing CSO 1013 structure and construction of a new CSO 1013 structure. Bids will be opened at noon on Friday, June 23, 2023.
The estimated construction cost for the project is $4,401,151.00.
