ADJ-220020 3rd Re-Bid Rickenbacker Sanitary Sewer Assessment: The Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating the Subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents.The assessment found that the majority of the sewer was in need of structural repair (remedied by cure in place pipe) while a smaller portion needed to be replaced entirely. Each manhole will also be repaired. The work is needed to repair the structural defects in the sanitary sewer line to prevent the need for entire sewer line replacement. The sewer line serves the majority of the Ohio Army National Guard base and associated buildings. The work will take place from the southernmost manhole on Tuskegee Airmen Road and run south to the last manhole on South Access Road on the Army National Guard portion of the base. The project scope includes initial demolition of building equipment and fixtures, full removal and disposal of the aged sanitary sewer system lining, full base-wide lining replacement and final fill and earthworks to the underground sanitary sewer lining at the Rickenbacker Army National Guard base in Columbus, Ohio.

Re-Bid ADJ-220023 Wooster Renovation
ADJ-220023 Wooster Armory Renovation- This project will include remove VCT and carpeted floors and replace with epoxy or more durable floor coating. Evaluate all window seals for replacement, and
specifically address drill floor second story windows facing West. Water currently flows freely from the windows to the bottom of the interior wall during rain storms. Replace water fountain with filtered bottle filler type. Apply metal screens on first story windows facing parking lot to address force protection requirements for the facility. Scrape and paint ceiling of drill area. Men's and women's latrine need professional cleaning (grout) and replacement of fixtures only. Drill floor walls need repainted specifically under West side windows. Kitchen grease separator needs repaired/replaced, and all equipment in kitchen needs cleaned or evaluated for removal based on unit requirement. Classroom flooring needs replaced as per description above. Classroom window shades require replacement. Construction Costs: $2,200,000.00
