This project will include installation of an approximate 4,000 foot long, 50 foot wide, continuous landscape buffer along the Plant’s northeast boundary line and along Gardere Lane. The buffer will include large and small scale native and naturalized tree and shrub species, both evergreen and deciduous with accents of palm groupings to form a natural upland habitat theme. General grading will be required to form low gentle sloping berms, around approximately 3,000 linear feet of meandering storm water swales along the length of the buffer.
