The City of Twinsburg is seeking letters from qualified consulting firms to assist the city with Downtown Streetscape Design Standards for the SR82 and SR91 corridors between I480/SR91; I480/SR82, Cannon/Ravenna and Richner/SR91 intersections. Streetscape elements would include landscaping plantings, sidewalk improvements, and decorative lighting/street posts to create a sense of place. Additionally, the consultant will then prepare Phase 1 Improvement Plans for development along the SR82 corridor from Commons Blvd to SR91-Darrow Road using said standards. Scope of work is expected to include development of Design Standards, Conceptual plans and Alternatives study with cost estimates, determine need for easements or right of way, and Phase 1 (SR82) construction plans and specifications.
