2023 Borough Flowers
• Services Required: Provide pre-planted flower baskets, flowers for provided flower boxes, planting of flowers, watering, fertilizing and dead-heading services for the 2023 Summer Season for the PC Dock, Public Safety Building, Visitor Center, Main Street
and Borough Administration Building. Flowers shall include Regatta or Blue Lobelia.
PC DOCK: Twenty-five medium flower boxes, one large bench planter in middle of parking lot, and five large (5-ft) terracotta-colored pots at face of dock with weeping larch
PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING: Six pre-planted flower baskets
VISITOR CENTER: Four large flower boxes and two pre-planted flower baskets
MAIN STREET: Twelve flower baskets hanging from light posts on Main Street.
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING: One-half whiskey barrel planter and one pre-planted flower basket
Minimum Frequency of Work Required:
The pre-planted flower baskets, flowers and planting services shall be provided hopefully earlier but no later than May 15, 2023. Watering, fertilizing and deadheading services should be performed according to a schedule that maximizes the beauty and longevity of the flowers through September 30, 2023, at which time they will be removed.
