Job Title: Coffman Park Lighting and Wi-Fi Infrastructure for Irish Festival Bid Opening Location: Digital Description of Type of Work: All materials and labor necessary to install a permanent IT and fiber network expansion in Coffman Park for use during the annual Dublin Irish Festival along with other festivals and events throughout the year. The current IT and fiber network runs from the northern shared use path (sup) to an existing light pole / IT cabinet north of the stream and adjacent to the walkway bridge to the east. The network continues along the sup on 6 temporary wood utility poles and ends just west of emerald parkway / post road intersection. An underground conduit bank connects the wood utility poles and permanent IT / fiber pull boxes feeding aerial installations of IT equipment and wireless hot spots / antennae. Temporary pole mounted nema 3r enclosures house the IT routers and gfci outlets with fiber splice enclosures and fiber slack wraps housed in the adjacent pull boxes. This project will remove the existing 6 wood utility poles and attachments along the path and replace them with 14 permanent light poles with led luminaires. Some light poles house a gfci outlet and all light poles accommodate IT equipment mounted at the top of the poles. Additional conduit and pull boxes will be installed to service all 14 light poles. New 3r enclosures are to be located in underground pull boxes and will permanently house the IT routers and gfci outlets. Note: All IT equipment will be provided and installed by the City of Dubin’s IT Department’s contractors (not in this contract). The selected contractor only installs the infrastructure to support the equipment and coordinate with the City of Dublin’s IT Contractors to install their fiber and IT Equipment. Job Title: Emerald Fields Bike Pump Track Description of Type of Work: The City of Dublin, Ohio will receive electronic bids for the materials and labor necessary to install a modular bicycle pump track course and bio-retention areas. The fabricated track is provided by the City of Dublin and stored at 6555 Shier-Rings Rd, Dublin OH. The American Ramp Company will be temporarily installing the track on-site for pavement location markings, then removing and permanently installing after the paved track is complete. The transportation and unloading of the track shall be the responsibility of the general contractor.
