PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center / Municipal Auditorium Board is seeking responses from qualified Production Labor Providers to provide temporary staffing services supplying labor to perform technical production labor including stagehands, ground and climbing riggers, truck loaders, material handling, set and booth assembly and dismantle, forklift and boom lift operators and follow spot operators, audio and lighting console operators and camera operators as typical for live event production (hereinafter collectively referred to as “technicians”), to perform quality production services for arena-type events, convention and exhibition center type events and theater-type events. PURPOSE and SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for an Agreement for Demolition Services of various properties located within the City of Charleston that have been deemed unsafe under the authority of WV State Code §8-12-16 And City of Charleston Code 14-253, and 14-33. Addendum 1 issued to attach pre-bid sign-in sheet, change the bid opening date to Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 2pm and remove the requirement for both the performance and labor/material bonds. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for an open-end agreement for Portland Cement Concrete. Based on prior usage, the City anticipates purchasing approximately one thousand (1,000) cubic yards of Portland Cement. The City will only pay for the quantity purchased and is not obligated to purchase the amount estimated by these specifications. The City will pay on a per cubic yard basis. The successful vendor will deliver Portland Cement Concrete on an as needed basis to various project sites located within the City of Charleston.
