PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center / Municipal Auditorium Board is seeking responses from qualified Production Labor Providers to provide temporary staffing services supplying labor to perform technical production labor including stagehands, ground and climbing riggers, truck loaders, material handling, set and booth assembly and dismantle, forklift and boom lift operators and follow spot operators, audio and lighting console operators and camera operators as typical for live event production (hereinafter collectively referred to as “technicians”), to perform quality production services for arena-type events, convention and exhibition center type events and theater-type events. Production Labor Provider will provide technicians on a 24-7 basis as required. All Responses must be submitted in electronic PDF format. Responses must be transmitted according to established deadlines listed in Section Five of this EOI (July 31, 2025 at 2pm) to the City of Charleston’s Purchasing Director, by emailing bids@cityofcharleston.org.
