The new Buck Creek Nature Center includes site pavement, utilities and landscaping improvements to the existing site with significant selective demolition of the existing building on site. Demolition includes the following: partial foundation removal, interior & exterior walls, roof in its entirety and typical MEP building systems. Partial foundations and existing concrete structural columns remain as indicated. The Work includes new construction of a 2,528 SF single-story steel post and beam structure with glu-lam roof rafters with 3” x 6” T&G roof decking. Scope of work includes new MEP systems and exterior envelope installed to meet current building and energy codes for intended use.

DNR-230016-Jesse Owens State Park Sawmill Road – Campground D Wastewater Treatment Plant Ohio Department of Natural Resources The Project consists of the construction of a new 25,000 gpd precast activated sludge wastewater treatment plant located at 10390 N State Route 83 McConnelsville, OH 43756. Project includes the construction of an effluent control building which houses tertiary filters, UV and flow monitor equipment, restroom, sink, and electrical and instrumentation equipment. There will be an outfall located on Brannons Fork. The site requires regrading and tree removal and is fenced and paved with compacted aggregate.

The Work consists of limited site development, wells for water service, on-site sanitary systems, electric service, limited structural modifications, masonry and wood joist for new structures, wood framing for additions, metal panel roofing, exterior stone veneer and composite siding, windows, doors and frames, interior finishes, residential equipment, furniture, pluming, hvac and electrical systems and components.
