MaCI Facility Re-roofing of multiple buildings within two (2) distinct and separate secure areas which are defined as “Zones” (Zone “A” and Zone “B”) of the Madison Correctional Institution, located in London, Ohio. Zone “C” buildings are outside of the secure perimeters and are NOT included in the Work. Removal of existing metal panel roofing systems and all substrate materials down to the existing structural roof decking and replacement of these materials with new pre-finished metal roof panel systems, insulation, and wood materials. The new roofing system shall flash into the existing exterior wall systems, membrane roofing systems, and shall include new gutters and downspouts. The new roofing system will include new pre-finished sheet metal roof top items to replace/flash all current, existing items in a like for like manner so that all roof top items and penetrations, and roof top equipment and items match the new roofing system in color. Miscellaneous HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work to accommodate the proposed work on the project.
