Phase 2 Electrical Upgrade for PCI Orent, Pickaway County, Ohio Install new underground duct bank, 15 kV cables, and Pad Switches to extend the existing 15 KV Normal and Emergency Power Distribution System completely around the compound outside of the perimeter security fence. Include installation of 15 kV feeders to buildings within the compound and additional buildings on the PCI site, including the Waste Water Treatment Plant, ‘C’ Dorm, ‘D’ Dorm, ‘B’ Building, Paint Shop, Warehouse, Five (5) CTA Buildings, Training Academy, BOSCO/Communications Building, and existing Farm Outbuildings. Removal of five (5) emergency generators and associated fuel systems and replacement with emergency transformers. Replacement of related existing transformers and associated low voltage feeders.
