Work at the State Transportation Building includes infill of an interior stair, mechanical upgrades to the VAV system, reconfiguration of interior office partitions and upgrading the finishes to approximately 63,000 usable square feet. Work at the MITC includes construction of a radio room and exterior radio antenna, building improvements to the main lobby/vestibule, reconfiguration of interior office partitions, and upgrading the office finishes. This includes steel framing; sheathing; masonry work; carpentry; waterproofing, dampproofing and caulking; and roofing. This project includes the following Filed Sub-Bid: Roofing and Flashing. Third Street Courthouse - Envelope Repairs, Cambridge, MA. This project is for complete removal and disposal of the entire SBS roofing system; repair copper roofing; removal and disposal of skylight, Cupola cladding, and exterior window; restoration of exterior brick and granite; replacement of existing air handler; relocation of existing chiller; renovations at the detention center to add a cell and change entry/existing cell to improve privacy; slab modifications in Sally Port. Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk Services for DOC Plymouth - Massachusetts Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center (MASAC) Section 35 Upgrades, Plymouth, MA. This project includes renovation and reorganization of approximately 5,500 SF of interior space across three buildings; a decrease of current capacity to allow for single-occupancy rooms while addressing existing ligature issues; the addition of large community rooms and individual therapy rooms; large, shared restroom spaces to be divided into smaller, single-use shower, toilet, lavatory rooms; repairing or replacing roofing systems and window systems; major building infrastructure repairs and replacement; site-related alterations for accessibility; and additional site work. All CM firms must be Certified in General Building Construction.

Department of Public Health, Jamaica Plain Campus Tower Building Renovation, Jamaica Plain, MA. This project is for the phased renovation of an approximately 208,000 GSF, eight-story plus basement building that contains laboratory, administrative, and research space. Built in the 1970’s, this building is cast-in-place construction with MEP systems that warrant special construction due to the sophistication and complexity of the program and operations housed in the building.
