Work includes removal of existing ballasted EPDM roof assembly and replacement with EPDM membrane or thermoplastic membrane for the office tower, warehouse and connector totaling approximately 164,000 square feet. Request for Proposals - State House Dome Rehabilitation & Repair, Boston, MA. This Project is for Rehabilitation of the roofs, including the regilding of the Dome, walls and windows on the Bulfinch Building from the cornice line up. Repairs to discrete portions of exterior walls, roofs, balustrades, windows and other miscellaneous components to address deterioration and water infiltration, and repair or replace components and landscaping impacted by the associated construction work. The State House shall be fully occupied and operational with no disruption to normal and continued operations of the facility during work. The Category of Work is General Building Construction.
