Each of these contracts have been designed to have a potential maximum contract term of 4 years, consisting of an initial 1-year term and three potential additional 1 year renewal options. The total estimated annual contract amounts for each service contract group is as shown below: Group A, Central Yard Sites: $800,000 Group B, Building & Safety Office Locations: $625,000 The Request for Proposals (RFP) with contract specifications, forms, and instructions for preparing and submitting proposals may be accessed online at http://pw.lacounty.gov/brcd/servicecontracts/ or may be requested from Messrs.
