Each of these contracts have been designed to have a potential maximum contract term of 4 years, consisting of an initial 1-year term and three potential additional 1 year renewal options. Proposer must submit a Bid Guarantee of 10 percent of the proposed annual price, as specified in Part I, Section 2.A.15, Bid Guarantee. A separate Bid Guarantee must be submitted for each Service Location Group the Proposer is submitting a proposal for. (In accordance with Part I, Section 3.B, Proposal Submission, Item 6). 5. If awarded a contract, proposer must annually provide a faithful performance bond in the sum of not less than 50 percent of the annual contract price, as specified in Part II, Sample Agreement.
