Proposer's supervising employee must have a minimum of 3 years of experience supervising security service operations. 4. Proposer must submit a Bid Guarantee of 10 percent of the proposed annual price, as specified in Part I, Section 2.A.15, Bid Guarantee. A separate Bid Guarantee must be submitted for each Service Location Group the Proposer is submitting a proposal for. (In accordance with Part I, Section 3.B, Proposal Submission, Item 6). 5. If awarded a contract, proposer must annually provide a faithful performance bond in the sum of not less than 50 percent of the annual contract price, as specified in Part II, Sample Agreement. There is no mandatory conference or walk-through requirement for this solicitation. However, it is the proposers' sole responsibility to do their due diligence and to contact the Contract Managers identified on Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section A, Public Works Contract Managers on page A.1, to arrange any site visit and familiarize themselves with site locations and its requirements before submitting a proposal.
