Proposer must possess the required valid Waste Collector Permit naming the Proposer as the permittee or a copy of the application for a Waste Collector Permit naming the Proposer as the permittee issued by the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health at the time of proposal submission. This information must be identified in the proposal and must be included in Form PW-19, Proposer's Compliance with the Minimum Mandatory Requirements of the RFP.
