The back service drive is severely damaged and must be dug up the existing blacktop, dig down to the base, and remove the old blacktop and base materials.
Once all materials are removed, add a new base with compacted stone and repave it with new blacktop materials provided in the scope. (Please see the additional information attached). The Approximate size for replacement is 10ft by 115ft long, totaling 130SY. The red circle identified the area that needs attention.
Finally, the whole post parking lot will need a Crack seal, sealcoat, and stipe.

Removal of the old catch basin 6’ by 11’ at the storm drain in the center of the property. The 6’ by 11’ area is to be saw cut (using previous saw-cut joints), and the existing precast concrete catch basin is to be up to remove the old compacted stone.
Once the catch basin is removed. Next, the vendor will need to install a new precast concrete catch basin, which will be placed on the new compacted stone and then backfilled with new compacted #304 stone and a minimum of 4” of compacted PG64-22 asphalt. The existing stormwater pipes are to be fitted back into the new catch basin and sealed around the existing stormwater pipes so that groundwater does not flow between the pipes and the catch basin.
The new 4” asphalt will be placed and compacted in 2” lifts. The perimeter of the patch is to be crack-sealed. (Please see additional information attached)
Finally, once the catch basin is completed, the whole post parking lot will need a Crack seal, seal coat, and stripe.
