Also, that the shades will be controlled by a wireless wall switch and remote controllers. Pre-bid Meeting: June 15, 2023, at 9:30-10:30 am at 740 East 17th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43211. Scope of Work: 1. Cover and protect existing flooring prior to demolition and painting 2. Cover and protect existing wall and ceiling mounted items to remain prior to painting 3. Demo of all existing acoustical wall and ceiling mounted panels and any remaining adhesive 4. Sand, clean, primer and paint existing walls, beams and ceiling 5. Sand, clean, primer and paint existing wood doors (gymnasium side ONLY) trim and paneling 6. Demo existing water fountains (north and south wall) and install new ELKAY MODEL LZS8WSSP water fountains with bottle filling stations 7. Demo existing metal doors with attached wood paneling and install new dent resistant fiberglass doors 8. Under alternate 1: Move proposed new ELKAY MODEL LZS8WSSP water fountain and all associated plumbing away from existing electrical panel on north wall 9. Under alternate 2: Remove existing carpet on stage and stage ramp and stairs and replace with new carpet squares on stage and ramp and carpet on stairs 10. Install new acoustical wall mounted panels and ceiling mounted Baffles per manufacturer's written recommendations. 11. Reinstall and unmask existing items after completing all painting and clean entire space as needed 12. 25-23031 Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Tunnel Steps Repair located at: 2855 West Dublin-Granville Road Columbus, Ohio 43235 Pre-Bid Meeting: April 11, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at site location. The pre-bid meeting will be held inside the building, Room 204. Each company will need to check-in with the security desk before this meeting, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for this process. SCOPE OF WORK: • Demo / VCT tile and Cove Base. o Contractor is responsible to remove all demo material from the site.) • Grind substrate to prep floor and 4” up the wall surface. • Install a Urethane flooring system to include a slurry coat and top coat per manufactures directions. o Include the packaging date of the product (Shall be with-in the shelf life of the product.) o Record the floor temperature the day of the install. (Shall be with-in the manufactures recommended guidelines) • Install a seamless 4” Resinous base up the wall surface per manufactures direction. • Contractor shall match the elevation of every stair tread where the stair tread meets the urethane flooring system. (No tripping hazards) • Bases of design is the Poly-Crete TF Plus by Dur-A-Flex system.
