Construction of new waterline in the City of Worthington to replace aging/failing waterline. Includes the transfer of customer service lines to new distribution line.

The scope of work is roofing replacement and roofing improvements to the Worthington Firehouse and the Worthington Municipal Building. The scope of work includes the tear-off and replacement of the existing roofing systems, roof insulation, and cosmetic repairs to ancillary structures such as cupolas and dormers ; wood decking. Additional scope includes the replacement and painting of associated wood trim and siding on cupolas and dormers.

The scope of work is the repair of four decorative masonry chimneys at 6550 N. High St, the City's Municipal Building. Work includes but is not limited to repair and replacement of brick, mortar, chimney flashing, joints, roofing associated with the chimneys, fabrication and placement of chimney caps, and the rerouting of utility vent pipes through chimney walls. In addition, chimney mounted lighting will be replaced. All work will be performed according to drawings and specifications included in this bid package.

The scope of work is phase two of roofing replacement and roofing improvements to the Worthington Community Center facility. The scope of work includes the tear-off and replacement of the existing roofing systems, roof insulation, and repairs to structural decking including; wood, steel and fibrous cement decking. Additional scope includes removal of the existing metal copings and wood fascia running along the perimeter of the roof areas under replacement; including repairs to under lying substrate and sub-structure. The fascia will be replaced with a prefinished metal fascia system. Wood plank wall siding will also be replace to match the fascia. Roof accessories to be addressed include but are not limited to new gutter and downspouts systems, new roof level access ladder and miscellaneous repairs to roof drainage systems. Existing grade level and roof level windows and related exterior and interior trim will also be removed and replaced. A pre bid meeting will be held at the Community Center 345 E. Replacement of sanitary sewer mains and manholes on E North St from Hartford St to E Ridgedale Dr and on Morning St from Wilson Dr to a point in the Morning St right of way between 148 and 164 E North St approximately 175 feet north of the E North St right of way.
