Pre-Bid Meeting: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 965 Dayton Ave, Springfield, OH 45506 beginning at 9:00 AM on March 31, 2025. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend this meeting.

The City of Springfield, Ohio will receive electronic bids for the Erie Express Pump Station Pretreatment Facility – ITB # 25-09 until 12:00 pm, local time on April 25, 2025.
