The Project consists of rehabilitating two existing air handling units with a new direct drive fan wall system, chilled water cooling coil, and filter section. The two perimeter air distribution air handling units will be removed and replaced with new dedicated outside air units. The existing induction boxes will be abandoned in place and new four-pipe fan coil units will be installed above ceilings on each floor to provide perimeter air conditioning. Existing variable air volume boxes will be replaced as an alternate. Work also includes new electrical connections for the all equipment and replacing small sections of ceiling tiles.

The vendor will provide all labor, carpet, adhesive, nosing, transitions, and cove base or other materials required to install and complete the project.
