Project consists of repairs or replacement of any damaged exterior siding, molding or trim (to include but not limited to window, door, gable, eve, fascia, and soffit). Repaint of exterior to include but not limited to the wooden siding, all exterior trim, and brick. Replacement of damaged/rotten rear porch columns and any associated trim.
