RFP Marine Service Center Improvements Project
The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Design-Build (DB) Teams to design and construct
the Marine Service Center (MSC) Improvement Project. The selection process must comply with CBS and Maritime Administration (MARAD) procurement requirements to ensure open and fair competition.
CBS intends to select the DB Team utilizing a Qualifications and Price competitive process to procure the highest qualified contractor with the strongest management team at market competitive fees. The proposers will be ranked based on the cumulative scores for qualifications and price.
