The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is releasing a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain responses from developers, contractors, and/or other interested parties to invest in, operate, and/or construct solutions that provide cost-effective strategies in revitalizing, maintaining, and operating our Marine Services Center and Port Wall in Sitka, Alaska.

The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is requesting proposals from qualified Developers to create a privately funded and managed marine services shipyard at the GPIP.

This project consists of providing all labor, equipment and material necessary to demo and install a new entry doors for the Airport Entry Doors Replacement Project.

This work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to rehabilitate the Sitka Wastewater Plant (WWTP) and requires the selective demolition and reconstruction of the existing building, including, but not limited to, hazardous materials abatement and disposal, demolition and replacement of the plant and clarifier building perimeter walls, demolition and replacement of exterior and interior windows and doors, interior partitions, finishes, building mechanical systems, electrical systems, including a new electrical service and transformer, generator, lighting, life safety, network, and building control systems. The Plant must remain operable and accessible to the Plant Operators during all phases of the Work.

This project consists of providing all labor, equipment and material necessary for the MSC Condenser Replacement Project. The project includes a one-to-one replacement of the condensing unit, pump and other ancillary items required to complete the work.
