The City and Borough of Sitka, Alaska (CBS) wishes to contract a qualified licensed physician to serve as Medical Director for the EMS Division of the Fire Department and to provide medical expertise to the Fire Chief.

Request for Proposal is for design and construction services for the Sitka Crescent Harbor Phase 1 Project. This RFP solicitation is to select a Design-Builder. The Owner intends to enter into a Contract with the Design-Builder to provide Phase 1 Design Services only, with provisions for adding Construction Phase 2 Services through acceptance of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by subsequent GMP Amendment for each Project Phase.

This project consists of providing all labor, equipment and material necessary to demo and replace the truck scale located at the Sitka Transfer Station.

The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) is seeking to hire a qualified firm or individual to develop new marketing and promotional material for the recently renovated Harrigan Centennial Hall facility. Proposers should be experienced in developing integrated marketing solutions through compelling messages and graphic design that can be communicated across multiple mediums. The proposer will promote and market Harrigan Centennial Hall to aggressively generate bookings to create local, national and international demand for the facility. The design, copy and graphics of all materials created by the selected Proposer must enhance market recognition and position Harrigan Centennial Hall as a top contender in the market place.
