Description of Job: Scope of work to be performed under this improvement shall generally consists of converting over 1,500 feet of narrow concrete median from Center Drive (Kroger Signal) to Courseview Drive to a full-width grass median. The project includes lighting improvements, resurfacing of SR 741 from Center Drive to the I-71 northbound ramps and two traffic signal upgrades at SR 741/Courseview Drive & SR 741/Beach Boulevard.
