Independent Contractor Acknowledge Form

The project will include full depth construction of Graphics Way to connect the existing north and south ends of the roadway. This will include approximately 0.20 miles of work including proposed drainage, proposed traffic control including signing and pavement markings, proposed drives for future development, and proposed post construction BMPS. This is a Traffic Improvement District (TID) project.

Resurfacing of various county and township roadways

The contract is to provide asphalt materials including hot-mix asphalt and Asphalt Liquids to Delaware County for it's own forces to use.

This project consists of minor widening and resurfacing of Africa Road and Cheshire Road including constructing paved shoulders, replacing deficient guardrail and road signs. Left and Right turn lanes will be added at the Lewis Center Road and Plumb Road intersections.

This project consists of the widening of Hyatts Road from a point approximately 1,300 ft west of U.S. 23 to the U.S. 23 intersection and the widening and oberlay of Shanahan Road from the U.S. 23 intersection to a point approximately 775 ft. east of the U.S. 23 intersection. The project also includes the replacement of the existing culvert at Sta. 99+00 on Hyatts Road and the replacement of the existing traffic signal at the intersection of U.S. 23, Hyatts Road and Shanahan Road. This project also includes the relocation of a Delco water line underneath the existing Hyatts Road and the construction of a new Sanitary Sewer and pump station along Hyatts Road.
