New construction of 0.79 miles of a 4 lane divided roadway extending home road (C.R. 124) from US 23 to Green Meadows Drive: including adding a northbound right turn lane, and modifying pavement cross slopes and left turn lane pavement markings for the existing northbound center two way left turn lane and southbound paved median. New construction of two 3 lane curb and gutter roadways, 677 feet of Graphics Way and 1080 feet of Green Meadows Drive. Improvements include curb and gutter asphalt bike paths, culverts, open and closed drainage system, traffic control, and traffic signals.

Installation of five traffic signals, sidewalk and curb ramps at various locations along South Old State Road and Lewis Center Road. Pavement Planing along with pavement marking and signage modification as specified in the plans

This contract will be used by the Delaware Soil and Water Conservation District for agricultural maintenance. This work will include tile repair, swale reconditioning, and ditch cleaning.

Full depth construction with minor widening of Harlem Road an Replacement of the existing bridge located west of the Harlem Road and Woodtown Road intersection. Regrading of ditches with shoulder improvements and pavement overlay on Woodtown Road east of the Harlem Road and Woodtown Road intersection.

Improvement of the intersection of Green Meadows Dr. (TR 409) and Highfield Dr. (TR 426) by construction of a roundabout including widening, grading, approach work, and drainage.
