The proposed improvements to Church Street Neighborhood Park include: A new 2-5 year old playground, a new 5-12 year old playground, concrete pedestrian pavement, parking improvements including concrete ADA parking and a bus loading area, and site furnishings.

Repair of stadium concrete seating structure including removal of loose, broken, or weakened concrete, patching voids, repair and/or replacement of exposed rebar, addition of support structures in areas, repair of cracks and replacement of joint sealers.

Construct an approximately 2,200 linear foot concrete multi-use path, sub-surface drainage, and site furnishings. The 6” thick multi-use path varies from 7’ to 12’ in width.

The play area for BREC’s existing Zachary Community Park will include: playground equipment, playground safety surfacing, concrete path paving, decorative paving, picnic shelter(s), grading, subsurface drainage, sitework, site furnishings, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, electrical work, and other miscellaneous site construction as detailed in the construction drawings & specifications.

Contract to furnish all equipment and supplies necessary to provide Annual Janitorial Services for BREC-Tennis Centers, Baton Rouge, LA, beginning June 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
