The project is a building within Independence Park which integrates into the plaza being constructed with the new library. The two major components of the building are a café area with direct access to the plaza and a multi-functional space that allows support for a future teaching garden and meeting space for hosting events.

Swimming Pool Chemicals for Delivery to BREC Sites per Bid Specifications

The Work consists of additions to and the extensive renovation of the existing approximately 4500 square foot BREC Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center Education Building located at 10533 North Glenstone Place in Baton Rouge. The project includes an approximately 770 square foot brick faced addition, stripping of existing and provision of new interior metal stud walls, new exterior glass wall and doors segments, a new rear exterior galvanized steel canopy and concrete sidewalks, and a new metal roof as described in the Contract Documents.

The project consists of demolition and back fill of existing concrete public swimming pool, removal of existing playground equipment, and the demolition of other miscellaneous site features including concrete walks. Proposed features include the construction of a new playground with rubber and engineered wood fiber safety surfacing, park shelters, site furniture, ornamental and chain link fencing, seat walls, concrete and unit paving, earthen berms, other custom site features and landscaping.

Pavilion is brick veneer structure on typical concrete slab with metal standing seam roof. Pavilion will have bathrooms and storage room. Approximately 3200 SF total under roof.
